Tao Yao
Tao Yao (In Chinese means pottery and dragon kiln) is located eight kilometers North of Yellow Mountain. This village pottery making can be traced back to the Tang dynasty (nine century AD). They hand build large pots, that are fired in a long dragon kiln. Its a unique tradition that has existed in this area for over 1000 years. Today, this group of potters is the last generation left and they are still working and living with in the old tradition.
